Kuketa prefers the use of PayPal
for secure online credit card and eCheck transactions. PayPal is the
fastest and easiest way to shop at Kuketa.

residents, 10.25% sales tax will be added to your order.
If you
have any questions regarding payment, email info@kuketa.com. Do not
include a credit card number in an email -- this is not secure. You
must always use the shopping cart for a secure credit card
transaction.
Kuketa reserves the right to refuse a
transaction for any reason. This is most likely to occur if the
transaction originates, or specifies shipping to a country with a
high rate of fraud.
Shipping:
All products are handmade - please be patient and we will ship items as soon as we possibly can (most bags within 1 week of payment)
An email notification will be sent to you with
expected shipping dates if we expect any delay.

Customers outside of the US:
Items are shipped via USPS Air Mail. If you need rush
service, please contactinfo@kuketa.com for the
correct shipping amount (let us know where you are and when you need
the package by) before ordering. Keep in mind that you may be
required to pay duties, customs-related charges, or other fees when
you receive your package which is your
responsibility.
